What if we rethought our relationship with work?
I don’t have all the answers — just a lot of questions.
This project was born from a desire to understand, to listen, and to explore new ways of working.
Through an app, a podcast, and real-life stories, I’m creating a space where we can reflect together on what work could look like — more human, more flexible… and more alive.
My story
If you’re here, chances are we agree on one thing: life is about more than just work. Life is made of moments — moments of introspection, sharing, joy, commitment, and creativity.

For a while now, I’ve been questioning our relationship with work. Why does it take up so much space? Why does it define us so strongly?
And most importantly: could we do things differently?

That’s the reflection that led me to create JobForTwo — an app that’s kind of like Tinder for jobsharing. A tool to help people find the right partner to share a job, live their profession differently, and regain a better balance. But I wanted to go further.
So I started a podcast to explore these questions more deeply. Jobsharing and topsharing fascinate me, because they offer a real alternative. But they’re not the only ones. I created this podcast because I don’t have all the answers — in fact, I have a lot of questions.
I’m curious. I want to understand, to listen, to gather stories, to cross perspectives — and together, imagine new ways of thinking about and living work.

Here, we share tools, ideas, and voices.
Because work can (and should) be meaningful — but it should never take up all the space.

Thank you for being here, and for being part of the journey.
